Skype and fvwm2

Sometimes it is a problem that my fvwm2 windowmanager does not use (need) a taskbar with systrays. In some cases, Skype will startup minimized and/or moved out of the desktop.

To fix this, i can use 'gnome-panel' (as example) to find the misplaced window or i can change the config, in ~/.Skype/shared.xml, the following entries need a little update:

config/UI/Pos/Y

config/UI/StartMinimized
